Assembly Instructions
All NorticDesks come with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions. Everything you need for assembly is included in the package. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver (to install the handset to the table top).

Assembling your NorticDesk
Step by step guide on how to assemble your NorticDesk. The instructions are the same for both Pro and Pro Extended frames.
Resetting/re-calibrating your NorticDesk
Before you start using the desk, you must make sure all electronic components are in sync. Sometimes, due to quick power surges, the desk might display an error code. Most of these errors could be fixed with a quick reset. Follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Press and hold the DOWN button on your handset until the desk reaches it’s lowest height.
Step 2: Press and hold the DOWN button again, until you hear the “beep” sound.
The desk will first lower slightly, then rises slightly, and finally stops.
Setting up Memory Memory Presets
All NorticDesk models come with an advanced memory handset. It not only can raise and lower the height of the desk, but also allows you to assign 4 preset heights. Most users use them to program to their sitting and standing heights and still left with 2 more presets to use.
Step 1: Adjust the desk to the desired height.
Step 2: Press “M” button and then press the number (1 to 4) that you want to assign the preset height to.
Now, whenever you want your desk to go back to that height, all you need to do is, press the number you allocated for that specific height.
Anti-Collision System
All our standing desks come equipped with active anti-collision systems. These advanced set of sensors will detect any obstacles while the table is in motion, and bounce back to avoid any accidental damage or injuries.
Lock/Unlock Hanset
You can lock your handset to prevent accidental button presses or to make it child-proof. To lock or unlock your desk, press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons of your handset simultaneously for 5 seconds.
