Shipping Policy

After placing an order, you will receive an SMS over the next few days confirming the delivery date and time slot information. The usual delivery time frame is 2-7 business days. If you purchased an item that is back-ordered, you will receive your delivery confirmation once the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped to you.

Can I pick a specific date and time?

Unfortunately, no. The deliveries are assigned the most optimal way to save cost so that we can offer you a better price.

Can I self pick-up?

Yes, you can self-pickup if it's urgent. But do note that the items are heavy and you will need to bring your own trolly.

I need it urgently, can you deliver within 2 days?

We will deliver all orders within 4-7 working days. We also have an express delivery option (delivery within 48 hours) at the checkout for an additional fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

We trust our products so much so that we offer a 7-day risk-free return policy, as long as you return the item to us in "like new" condition with original packaging without damages. A restocking fee of $30 will be charged.

If you'd like to return a product, please reach out to us via Once you receive confirmation from us, you can bring the product to our drop-off location in MacPherson. If you need us to pick up the item, it can be arranged with an additional fee.

The return policy applies to only our standing desks.
