Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

After placing an order, you will receive an SMS over the next few days confirming the delivery date and time slot information. The usual delivery time frame is 2-7 business days. If you purchased an item that is back-ordered, you will receive your delivery confirmation once the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped to you.

  • No-lift access will be charged as $15 per table per floor

  • A re-delivery cost of $50 will be charged if the initial delivery fails

  • Do you have a showroom?
    We do not have a showroom for now. We operate from our warehouse, this helps us keep our costs low, and in return pass on affordable prices to our valued customers.
  • Do you provide assembly service?
    The table frame comes with easy to follow instructions (like ikea furniture), all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. If you need some help with setting up the desk, we provide assembly service for an additional fee. Note: We do not assemble or setup other peripherals that were not purchased from us, due to liability concerns.
  • How difficult/easy is assembly?
    Our desks are built in a way that's easy for anyone to assemble. All the tools required are in the box, and all our table tops are pre-drilled. Only tool you will need is a Phillips head screw driver. The NorticDesk comes with an easy-to-follow instructions. Find more information including video guide here
  • Can we arrange the delivery on specific date/time
    Unfortunately, no. The deliveries are assigned the most optimal way to save cost so that we can offer you a better price. Once you place the order, we will schedule your delivery for the next available time slot and send you an SMS. We will not be able to accomodate all requests, but we will try to do our best. Get in touch with us by send us an email with your order number, and your request.
  • How soon can you deliver?
    We will deliver all orders within 4-7 working days. We also have an express delivery option (delivery within 48 hours) at the checkout for an additional fee.
  • Can I self pick-up?
    Unfortunately no. Due to safety reasons, we don't allow customers into our warehouse.
  • Do you provide customisation service?
    Yes we do. However, customisation service or bulk orders can take upto 4-7 weeks depending on stock availability. Send us an email at hello@ownelement.com for more information.
  • Can I get desks for my office space?
    Yes. We provide ergonomic furniture to most office spaces in Singapore. Get in touch with us via hello@ownelement.com for more information.
  • Can you help me remove my existing desk?
    Sorry, we're unable to remove or dispose your existing desk.
  • I placed an order, but didn't receive a delivery confirmation SMS yet?
    The delivery confirmation SMS will be sent to you 2-3 days prior to the delivery date. We deliver within 4-7 days of receiving an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in our products so much so that we offer a 7-day risk-free return policy, as long as you return the item to us in "like new" condition with original packaging without damages. A restocking fee of $30 will be charged.

If you'd like to return a product, please reach out to us via returns@ownelement.com. Once you receive confirmation from us, you can bring the product to our drop-off location in MacPherson. If you need us to pick up the item, it can be arranged with an additional fee.

The return policy applies to only our standing desks.

  • Made to order items

  • Volume/Bulk orders

  • Open-box items

  • Showroom models
