Our products are built to last. That's why it's loved by many and known to be the best standing desk.

 

All NorticDesk™ models purchased after 1st October 2020 include our 3-year comprehensive warranty. You can choose the extended warranty, which increases it to 5 years.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear that occurs with use over time.

  • Wood products that experience natural shifting color over time.

  • Damage caused by improper assembly/disassembly, improper cleaning supplies, modifications, improper use of the product, misuse, or abuse.

  • The cost of repairing other property damaged (consequential damages), nor the cost or the time loss (incidental damages), in the event of a malfunction are not covered by the warranty.

Important

  • Please keep all the packaging materials until you have assembled, installed, and used them until the end of the approved return period. All returned products must be in the original packaging.

  • The warranty only covers parts and does not include labor costs. If you requested assembly service and noticed a warranty issue not related to product installation, an additional fee is required for installers to make a repeat visit. However, if the issue occurred due to improper installation, no additional fees are charged.

  • Replacement of your part/product may take from 1 week to 2 months, subject to availability.
    Own Element reserves the right to determine the validity of a warranty claim and will decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced.

  • Warranty of Own Element products is not transferable. For any warranty claims, the original purchase receipt/invoice must be presented.
